The Loblaw Brands Process and Technology Team is looking for a Production Support Manager to lead all aspects of production processes and data management operations. They will be responsible for resolving technical issues, maintaining data integrity, optimizing system efficiency, and play an admin role for various systems within Loblaw Brands.

Reporting into the Senior Process Manager, the Production Support Manager will be responsible:

  • Oversee the daily operations of production support at Loblaw Brands Technology Systems; own and resolve complex technical issues escalated from business users within SLA

  • Collaborate with vendors and support teams to identify, triage, and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations

  • Facilitating and leading the technical troubleshooting calls of complex technology incidents - ensuring maximum system availability, engaging the right teams from across the organization at the right time.

  • Implement efficient Brand strategies to improve the operational efficacy of product support within Loblaw's Control Technology systems

  • Ensures success of all production release and deployment activities

  • Managing data integrity within the Loblaw’s ecosystem across multiple platforms.

  • Collaborate with Loblaw technology teams and other cross-functional teams when we implement enterprise-level projects

  • Developing a culture of continuous improvement through feedback, mentoring, and metrics

  • Maintaining testing environment including systems updates version controls

  • Monitor evaluate latest trends technologies make recommendations enhancements improvements accordingly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Information Systems related field

  • Minimum 5 years' experience similar role ideally within multi-systems environments

  • Proven experience in customer contact, customer resolution, and issue resolution

  • Solid knowledge of SAP and File Maker Pro platforms

  • Strong written and oral communication skills across all levels, from peers to senior leadership

  • Technical expertise in SQL data Analysis, SAP databases, MS application particularly in Excel and other relevant software tools

  • Proficiency in crafting process maps using tools MS Visio, or similar Software to map Business Workflow and processes.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and good understanding Technology infrastructure networks

  • Strong knowledge database systems principles
