We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join our Central Pricing Analytics team. You will have the opportunity to assist and support the design, build, and the execution of processes and infrastructure related to reporting and analytics. This includes but is not limited to supporting the collection and storage of competitor price check information, introducing and implementing a quantifiable cleansing methodology, building and generating accurate and relevant reporting that supports business decisions. You will be involved in optimization projects, engaging with business partners and participating in projects and initiatives. #LI-Hybrid

What You'll Do:

  • Setup and maintain competitive price check assignments and related data elements

  • Define business reporting needs through interaction with partners across various levels of the organization

  • Design, build, implement, and audit relevant reporting to support business decisions

  • Complete as hoc analysis and projects (i.e. review of competitor pricing behaviours and/or price zones, analysis of regional issues/trends, implementation of one-time price checks)

  • Review and analyze daily reports to ensure completeness and data accuracy and action accordingly.

  • Analyze, explain, and assist in resolving systems and business process related inquiries from business community

What You Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related experience in a technical field

  • Experience with data platforms and querying tools is an asset (e.g. Google Cloud Platform, Teradata, SQL, SAS, Python)

  • Power BI or Power Apps knowledge would be an asset

  • Strong data management skills and ability to generate relevant business insights from large volumes of sophisticated data

  • Must possess a detailed, analytical, and logical way of approaching problems

  • Successfully handle multiple projects and prioritize work in order to meet timelines
