About the Role

The Central Services Assistant is responsible for providing reception services and administrative support to Magna International’s corporate offices in Aurora, Ontario. This position reports directly to the Office and Property Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide reception services and greet visitors at Magna's corporate head office in Aurora.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Record courier receipt, verify invoices, and attach necessary backup documentation.
  • Order and distribute office supplies and services.
  • Assist with invoicing and maintain accurate stock inventory.
  • Collaborate with the Office and Property Manager to ensure efficient office operations.
