Job Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB:
- CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation an asset
- Completion of a college diploma or university degree in Adult Education preferred
- Previous experience with presenting and facilitation
- Excellent communication skills required in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal & coaching skills
- Excellent organizational skills, proven accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be self-motivated and professional
- Strong computer literacy required: MS Office; Excel/Word/Power Point/Outlook required
- Ability to work on own with minimal supervision
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Must have demonstrated good work habits in present position for a period of not less than six months
MAIN DUTIES:
- Development and delivery of curriculum/training modules to support Organizational, Employee and Leadership Development objectives
- Manage JI Key Trainer Program including training and certification
- Train the Trainer
- Management and tracking of all training (compliance, internal and external)
- Management of Continuing Education Program
- Maintenance of Training database
- Conducts testing for job opportunities
- Completes projects; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information
- Actively supports MAFACT and IATF audits
- Performance Management
- Participates in development of Company newsletter
- Contributes consistently to 5S and CIs
- Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly KPI reporting
- Perform other duties as required
