Job Description

Our Group Benefits business is focused on creating an experience that is easy and meaningful to our clients. Group Benefits serves the needs of Plan sponsors, members, and market sources, helping make Canadians healthier and organizations stronger.

The Plan Sponsor Administration team links people, technology, and expert services to simplify group benefits administration and provide a consistent, powerful member and client experience. Our team supports our Group Benefits clients, coordinating efforts to provide world-class benefits administration and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Project management of Corporate Account Implementations, Reissues and Amendments, which includes:

  • Accountability of all tasks involved in implementations and completion according to the schedule

  • Professionally represent Plan Design at meetings including various levels of staff both internally and externally

  • Analyzing client requirements and partnering with Underwriting Consultants to ensure the account structure and other aspects of client setup meet customer needs

  • Providing expertise, support, and creative solutions for implementation and amendments

  • Providing direction and timeline for setup of all systems and production of documents

  • Communicating cross-functional tasks from all areas

  • Provide warranty support for implementation as part of New Issues, Reissues or Project Amendment

  • Reviewing client feedback for newly produced documents

  • Coding ManuConnect and ensuring quality and productivity targets are met

  • Developing scripts to support specialized customer solutions forward

  • Manage and respond to inquiries and work orders

  • Testing and supporting with system releases

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary Location

Waterloo, Ontario

Salary range is expected to be between

$49,575.00 CAD - $82,625.00 CAD
