Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic projects, generating valuable insights.

  • Present information on industry trends, market positioning, and competitive research to aid strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate across business lines and geographies to ensure strategic objectives are met, presenting results and recommendations clearly.

  • Mobilize resources for corporate strategy projects, tracking and reporting implementation progress.

  • Implement a strategic planning framework that engages leaders in effective dialogues and decision-making.

  • Provide market and competitive intelligence to keep the team informed of external developments.

  • Develop and report on global strategies impacting the Operations function, delivering actionable insights to achieve strategic goals.

  • Analyze diverse data sources to provide meaningful, measurable, and actionable insights, fostering a strong understanding of the broader business context.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it concisely, comfortable with quantitative and financial analyses.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities to articulate concepts and objectives clearly in diverse environments.

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, building strategic partnerships and engaging key stakeholders effectively.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within tight timelines.

  • Good business acumen with an understanding of and interest in corporate strategy development and execution.

  • Prior industry or consulting experience is preferred.

Salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
