Description
Join Manulife as a Transformation Office Support Co-op/Intern for Summer 2025 and play a vital role in our ongoing transformation initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, conducting spend analysis and supporting governance processes across the organization. You will gain hands-on experience in project data analysis and contribute to efficiency improvements within our Spend Control Tower.
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive discretionary spend analysis to uncover insights and enhance efficiency.
Facilitate executive meetings and maintain an approval log to assist the Spend Control Tower.
Support the development and implementation of robust processes for effective governance and oversight within the Transformation Office.
Assist in monitoring discretionary spending through the Spend Control Tower to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Contribute to standardizing transformation governance processes across all business units.
Participate in analyzing project data to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
