Ce que vous ferez :

Dissuader, détecter et appréhender les vols et les fraudes dans nos établissements de vente au détail.
Collaborer avec d'autres RPA pour enquêter sur des cas de CCO à l'échelle provinciale ou nationale, le cas échéant.
Collaborer régulièrement avec le service de police local
Détecter et enquêter sur les enquêtes internes ; compiler et présenter des preuves pour les besoins d'un tribunal ou d'un arbitrage.
Détecter et identifier les possibilités de réduction des stocks dans le cadre de notre conformité opérationnelle de base.
Construire et maintenir un partenariat avec les magasins par le biais de réunions de gestion et d'échanges ; former et encadrer les collègues en ce qui concerne les politiques et les procédures de protection des actifs.
Participer à la réalisation d'audits au niveau des magasins
Participer aux événements communautaires
Disponible pour travailler sur différents quarts de travail, y compris les jours, les soirs, les nuits et les week-ends (semaine de travail de 40 heures).

Ce que vous apportez :

Permis d'agent de sécurité provincial valide exigé
Compréhension de base du Code criminel du Canada, de la Loi sur l'atteinte à la propriété et des pouvoirs d'arrestation, ainsi que des systèmes de télévision en circuit fermé ou de surveillance.
