Reporting to the Sr.Manager, Communications & Forecasting, No Frills, the Senior Analyst, Communications, No Frills is accountable for providing key support in ensuring clear and concise information is communicated to Nofrills stores, nationally. The incumbent will be responsible in ensuring store inquiries are managed and monitored in a timely fashion to provide continuous support to stores. As part of this role the Senior Analyst, Communications, No Frills is also accountable for flagging any issues/concerns seen in the Nofrills Promo Inquiry Box to the extended team for an early resolution.
Accountabilities:
- Responding to store inquiries and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate teams for triage and resolution.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Promotions, Allocations, Category, and Supply Chain.
- Managing weekly store communications, including PULSE, BOOK IT, AD UPDATES, and other ad hoc requests from teams.
- Leading the weekly BCS meeting and distributing meeting minutes to the OPS team.
- Communicating flyer ad update information to stores.
- Supporting opportunity buy offers and coordinating related efforts.
- Uploading ad hoc marketing materials and seasonal guides to FLIP as necessary.
- Communicating the daily supply chain shorts report to relevant stores.
- Any miscellaneous ad hoc requests for communications requested by business teams
