About the Role
As Marketing Coordinator - Events, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of the overall marketing strategy, with a particular focus on event management, planning and execution. Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for coordinating initiatives aimed at strengthening brand visibility and creating captivating experiences for the accounting firm's clients and partners.
Your main responsibilities will include managing event logistics, collaborating with external suppliers, as well as aligning with internal teams to ensure a consistent and professional experience.
Your responsibilities
- Organize and manage various events: corporate events, exhibitions, customer initiatives, HR, and other internal projects.
- Participate in the creation and management of engaging content for various communication channels (website, social networks, brochures, newsletters, videos, etc.).
- Coordinate and maximize partnerships (business, universities, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze the results of advertising campaigns and events and make recommendations to improve performance based on KPIs.
- Coordinate requests for donations and sponsorships, including sending visuals, managing promotional material, and event booth logistics.
- Supervise event logistics: invitations, participant lists, post-event follow-up, coordination of external service providers.
- Support digital initiatives: newsletter design, content integration on digital platforms.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes, propose innovative solutions to optimize the efficiency of event and marketing operations.
- Contribute to the employer branding strategy in collaboration with the HR team.
- Manage budgets for events and marketing campaigns, optimizing costs while ensuring objectives are met.
Your Skills and abilities
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or equivalent experience.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Passion for the customer experience, with a constant focus on improving the impact and satisfaction of event participants.
- Curiosity and versatility, with a taste for learning.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and good understanding of digital environments.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and initiative.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to forge strong business links with partners and colleagues.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Flexible working hours (occasional evenings and weekends).
- Proficiency in French and English is required, to effectively interact with all our internal and external clients in Quebec and beyond.
