About the Role
As a Production and Tax Documentation Center Technician at Forvis Mazars, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to our mission of providing top-tier audit and advisory services.
Your role will involve managing and producing high-quality tax and financial documents, ensuring their accuracy and compliance, and providing essential administrative support for smooth operations.
Your responsibilities

Print tax returns (T1, T2, T3, T3010, T5013) on request and any other required forms.

Assemble returns and prepare them for client delivery (electronically or by paper).

Electronically transmit tax returns upon request.

Follow up on transmitted and untransmitted returns.

Print signed forms and prepare for submission to government agencies (electronically or by paper).

Track transmission authorizations.

Roll over tax returns (Taxprep and Taprep Forms) for the new year.

Produce final PDF documents and upload them to our various online platforms.

Print and assemble financial statements, letters, tax returns, and prepare bindings (group).

Conduct linguistic review and formatting of financial statements and letters, including calculations in financial statements, production of correspondence, and various documents.
Your Profile
-
DEC or DEP in secretarial studies or office administration
-
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
-
Excellence in spoken and written French and English, especially in linguistic review

Knowledge of French and English typographic rules

Proficiency with the Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of PDF-XChange
-
Familiarity with Taxprep, Caseware, and Caseview (an asset)

Proficiency in French and English, to effectively interact with all our clients in Quebec and beyond.
