The Microsoft Commercial and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Finance organization works across all Microsoft products & services and influences sales teams world-wide. We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Customer Success who can proactively partner with both finance and business leaders to drive global impact with the goal of optimizing resources, maximizing revenue, margin, and market share. We will empower and inspire you to lead and be a top performer while providing diverse career opportunities.

 

As a Senior Finance Manager, Customer Success you will partner with our business to look at the impact that Customer Success creates in our Modern Work consumption and usage businesses, develop analytics and provide recommendations on how to accelerate our Customer’s Journey in Copilot and M365 workloads.

 

This role will partner closely with the Customer Success Modern Work and Security VPs, Field Leaders and other MCAPS Finance teams to design our consumption strategy and move forward on our Consumption Value aspirations.
