A career as a real-time analyst in National Bank's Perception team means managing real-time inbound and outbound call campaigns. This job allows you to have a positive impact by maximizing the performance of operations thanks to your analytical and interpersonal skills.
Your job
  • Supervise in real-time inbound and outbound call center campaigns (50 to 100 agents) and adjust campaigns to meet contact rate targets.
  • Transfer agents from outbound to inbound calls when wait time or average response time targets are not met.
  • Participate in performance monitoring meetings to explain campaign results.
  • Collaborate on workshops on contact strategies and propose performance improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize strategies based on real-time data.
Your team
The Vice-Presidency of Credit Models and Strategies is made up of more than 30 specialists who work together to optimize the life cycle of loans and credit cards for individuals and SMEs. By joining the Perception team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, reporting to the Contact Strategies Team Leader.

Prerequisite
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and one to two years of relevant experience.
  • Possess a strong analytical and proactive ability.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays
