The Vice-Presidency of Credit Models and Strategies is made up of more than 30 specialists who work together to optimize the life cycle of loans and credit cards for individuals and SMEs. Your job
- Supervise in real-time inbound and outbound call center campaigns (50 to 100 agents) and adjust campaigns to meet contact rate targets.
- Transfer agents from outbound to inbound calls when wait time or average response time targets are not met.
- Participate in performance monitoring meetings to explain campaign results.
- Collaborate on workshops on contact strategies and propose performance improvements.
- Identify opportunities to optimize strategies based on real-time data.

Prerequisite
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and one to two years of relevant experience.
- Possess a strong analytical and proactive ability.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work on Saturdays
