Your job:
- Evaluate life, critical illness, and disability insurance claims processed by the claims sector in compliance with AVBN's standards, requirements, processes, and internal procedures, while conveying the Bank's values through a client-centered attitude;
- Write personalized correspondence and make phone calls to clients, other insurers, and medical clinics;
- Determine payable benefits and the requirements to allow the subsequent payment of other benefits by obtaining the necessary information to evaluate contractual clauses;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Prerequisites:
- Three-year CEGEP diploma;
- Excellent writing, analysis, and synthesis skills;
- Experience in insurance claims processing;
- Knowledge of the health sector (desirable);
- Knowledge of loan insurance, individual insurance, and Credit Card Payment Insurance products (desirable);
- LOMA or ICA courses, an asset;
