Your job :
· Provide administrative support to Wealth Management advisors and deliver superior customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
· Coordinate the schedule of Wealth Management advisors.
· Support during client events.
· Handle expenses accounts.
· Involvement in managing clients gifts (christmas, life events, birthdays)
· Get involved in various team projects and demonstrate leadership.
· Help develop and maintain marketing materials.
· Manage the team's brand image.
· Ensure compliance and risk management rules are followed.

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment brokerage firm in Canada. Prerequisites:
- Completed college diploma in a field related to the sector of activity or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a relevant field such as an administrative role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ease with technological tools.
- Sense of organization and priority management.
- Bilingualism required.
