In this role, you help wealth advisors to stand out by offering exceptional customer service that will have a positive, long-term impact on our clients.

Your job:

  • Be the main point of contact for clients by handling incoming calls and emails
  • Distribute tasks within the team and follow up on all active files
  • Assist and support clients in using the IT tools available to them
  • Write client-directed communications
  • Manage the team's agenda by coordinating phone, virtual, or in-person meetings and making reservations for meeting rooms and restaurants, as needed
  • Develop marketing materials and keep them up to date
  • Manage the team's brand image
  • Optimize social media presence
  • Provide administrative support to team members during vacations and peak periods
  • Verify by phone or video conference certain information contained in client files to ensure data accuracy

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment brokerage firm in Canada. We have close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of more than 400,000 clients in about 100 branches. Reporting to the regional manager, you will team up with a wealth advisor to offer an exceptional client experience. Collaboration and partnership will be key to your success.

Prerequisites:

  • Completed college and/or university diploma in communications or a related field
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Knowledge of Office Suite 365 and comfortable using IT tools
