A career as a Corporate Finance Operations Analyst in the OFE team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in commercial financing activities. Your job
- Analyze financing requests and ensure that all necessary documents comply with credit authorizations
- Review credit agendas and memos to validate requests and authorize disbursements
- Write letters of offer and guarantees in accordance with established standards
- Ensure compliance of legal documentation and ensure compliance with established policies, standards and procedures
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes
- Deepen analysis by asking relevant and structured questions
- Take initiative to solve problems and propose innovative solutions
Your team
Our team, based in Montreal - 800 St Jacques Street, is growing to meet the growing needs of our corporate clients. You will be part of a dynamic team of 15 to 20 colleagues, under the direction of a Corporate Finance Director.
You will collaborate daily with partners located in Canada. Your personalised training will include a mix of classroom courses, online training and hands-on learning, allowing you to develop in-depth expertise in financing solutions. You will also have the opportunity to learn from colleagues with diverse profiles, enriching your professional development.

The working hours are flexible and include 3 days a week of teleworking and 2 days a week in person in the office. This ratio may be higher depending on operational needs
Prerequisite
- Completed college diploma, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Undergraduate degree strongly preferred, or post-secondary courses with relevant experience
- Strong communication and writing skills.?• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work in a dynamic environment
- Curiosity, autonomy, resourcefulness and rigor, combined with an excellent team spirit
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams, Power BI)
