Your job
- Support product owners, business line partners and IT teams in their decision-making and deliverables
- Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively support the planning of activities for the various deliverables
- Facilitate workshops with leadership with multiple stakeholders at various levels and expertise
- Model current and target processes based on the mapping practices in place at the Bank
- Perform high-level and detailed impact analyses on all angles of the process, with the help of experts and put transition plans in place as needed.
- Apply best practices to identify and draft business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their relationships and ensure their traceability
- Define, identify user test scenarios and support users in the operational transfer
- Make proposals for the change management strategy to the users of the solution.

Prerequisites
- University degree related to the industry and several years of relevant experience
- Business analysis skills in a technology-driven ecosystem
- High-level knowledge of identity and access management capabilities (processes, tools, data)
- Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, Lean approach
- Experience with test cases and user support
- Ability to think strategically, analytical, synthesis and communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, ...)
- Knowledge of identity and access management domains and IIQ sailpoint, CyberArk, Entra ID, AWS.
