A career as a Chief Business and Artificial Intelligence Analyst in the large protection of personal information transformation (PPI) team at National Bank means acting as a liaison between the business teams and the delivery teams.       You act in agile mode and you are a member of a squad that manages and delivers business and technological projects for different sectors. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your business analysis skills, which contributes to the implementation of new technologies.   Your job
  • Support product owners, business line partners and IT teams in their decision-making and deliverables regarding Artificial Intelligence (AI) aspects
  • Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively support the planning of activities for the various deliverables
  • Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders at various levels and expertise
  • Model current and target processes based on the mapping practices in place at the Bank
  • Perform high-level and detailed impact analyses from all angles of the process and with the help of experts, with a focus on the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Apply best practices to identify and draft business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their relationships and ensure their traceability
  • Define, identify user test scenarios and support user customers in the operational transfer, in compliance with the principles of governance and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Make proposals for the change management strategy to the customers using the solution.
  Your team   The IT team is made up of more than 2,300 proactive, collaborative experts who work with agility to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve our processes.   Within the regulatory project portfolio delivery sector, you will be part of the 20-person protection of personal information (PPI) transformation team and will report to the Senior Manager.   • Relevant university degree in the field of activity and relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) or equivalent
  • Business analysis skills in a technology-driven ecosystem
  • Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge in business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, Lean approach, with a sensitivity to governance and Artificial Intelligence (AI) supervision
  • Experience with test cases and user support
  • Ability to think strategically, analytical, synthesis and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, ...).
