A career as Coordinator (Executive Assistant) at National Bank Investments is a career where your ability to work in synergy with your colleagues and leaders is promoted. In this role, you perform various coordination and planning tasks to optimize the use of time and facilitate the achievement of business objectives. You also do a variety of activities for your team while providing support.

Your job

  • Plan and organize internal and external meetings related to team activities by ensuring administrative follow-up and coordinating all related logistics.
  • Support the execution of the team's various activities, including IT queries, emails and correspondence, and follow-up when appropriate.
  • Compile vendor invoice information from different cost centres and manage billing with the accounting department.
  • Develop ideas to improve the quality of services, systems and processes.
  • Proactively manage leaders' agendas and emails and follow up rigorously when required.

Being part of the Legal and Regulatory Affairs team means maximizing the quality of the team's interventions and services by acting as a resource person in your field of expertise.

Prerequisites:

  • Completed professional or college degree or academic equivalent, and three years of relevant experience
  • Experience as an assistant or assistant to senior management, an asset
  • Organizational awareness, proactiveness, priority management and ability to manage multiple requests at the same time
  • Professionalism, rigour and confidentiality
  • Banking experience, an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Docusign, an asset
