A career as a Coordinator in the Governance, Legal Affairs Team (Corporate Secretary) at National Bank means contributing to a strategic role by working closely with colleagues and external partners to organize and coordinate the activities of the Board of Directors and its committees. This position allows you to have a direct impact through your coordination expertise and proficiency in administrative processes.

 

Your Role

  • Organize and manage calendars and prepare agendas for Board of Directors and committee meetings.
  • Contribute to achieving team objectives by providing technical support for Board of Directors activities.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-ups and propose improvements to work processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and internal partners.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects by bringing your administrative and legal expertise.

 

Your Team

The Vice Presidency of the Governance team within Legal Affairs is made up of more than 18 specialists who work together to support the Bank's leadership. Within this multidisciplinary team, you will report to the Senior Director, Governance. The team is distinguished by its exceptional collaboration and stimulating environment, which will allow you to excel while learning every day.

Basic requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent academic qualification in a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge or experience in the legal field is a significant asset.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and rigor.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team and take initiative.
