You will act as a recognized succession expert for all National Bank business lines. You will provide specialized support to the sales force in the analysis, processing and compliance of an estate file.

Your job
- To listen to the customer's needs as communicated by the partner, in order to facilitate the processing of the file.
- Provide customer service on the phone on a rotating basis according to the service offer
- Be the main point of contact for partners
- Provide expert advice to meet customer and partner needs
- Carry out the necessary follow-ups and checks to ensure quality of service
- Manage reputational and operational risks in the event of problems
- Ensure legal, technical, procedural and tax compliance of customer files
- Be decisive and propose solutions to simplify processing for the customer
- Carry out transactions, as instructed by the liquidator, in compliance with our service agreements
- Propose and recommend new ideas and creative, innovative approaches
- Properly document the file to facilitate future research
- Take charge of and be accountable for all stages of estate settlement
- Create a relationship of trust with our partners by providing them with ongoing visibility
Your team
Working in the Estate Expertise Center sector, you are part of a team of about 15 colleagues and report to the Section Manager. Our team stands out for its expertise, quality of delivery, customer/employee experience and fun, collaborative atmosphere.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and three years' relevant experience, or any other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Good knowledge of investment and financing products
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change
