A career as an Executive Assistant within the Legal Affairs team at National Bank means acting as a strategic partner and playing a key role with the Executive Vice-President. This role allows you to make a positive impact through your organizational skills and sharp sense of priority management.
Your  job:
  • Proactively manage schedules, emails, and correspondence, ensuring necessary follow-ups.
  • Coordinate quarterly meetings, committees, internal and external events, handling both administrative and document management tasks.
  • Draft or revise communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Organize travel arrangements and business trips, as well as process reimbursement and payment requests.
  • Serve as a resource person for IT, HR, or other team-related needs.
  • Interact confidentially with external clients, senior management, and various internal departments.

Basic requirements:
  • Hold a college or professional diploma in administration or a related field.
  • Have at least five years of experience as an executive assistant for senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools, as well as SAP and Concur (an asset).
  • Demonstrate proactivity, rigor, and professionalism in a confidential environment.
  • Be occasionally available to provide support outside normal working hours.
  • Experience in the legal field (an asset).
