Your job:
- Proactively manage schedules, emails, and correspondence, ensuring necessary follow-ups.
- Coordinate quarterly meetings, committees, internal and external events, handling both administrative and document management tasks.
- Draft or revise communications for internal and external audiences.
- Organize travel arrangements and business trips, as well as process reimbursement and payment requests.
- Serve as a resource person for IT, HR, or other team-related needs.
- Interact confidentially with external clients, senior management, and various internal departments.

Basic requirements:
- Hold a college or professional diploma in administration or a related field.
- Have at least five years of experience as an executive assistant for senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools, as well as SAP and Concur (an asset).
- Demonstrate proactivity, rigor, and professionalism in a confidential environment.
- Be occasionally available to provide support outside normal working hours.
- Experience in the legal field (an asset).
