A career as a Trust Services Associate, you’ll act as a trusted professional to clients and provide quality service and support that is tailored to clients’ needs. In this role, you’ll contribute to the sector’s mission, which is mainly to offer personal trust services to affluent clients.
Your job :
  • Assist Trust Services Managers (TSMs) in all administrative tasks related to the management of trust or protection mandates.
  • Collect the documents needed to open client files and keep them up-to-date in accordance with the time frames prescribed by law.
  • Organize activities with the various stakeholders to process and advance files in accordance with our service standards.
  • Act as a contact and follow up with clients and their experts as well as with our partners where appropriate.
  • In collaboration with the TSM, prepare investment and communication policies for clients.
  • Take part in various transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, especially digitizing processes and communications with clients.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of the client experience path (preparation of meeting agendas, reports on meetings, follow-up with clients) according to established policies, standards and procedures.

Prerequisites
  • A completed bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of experience in the financial industry
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of or experience in estate settlement or trust administration, an asset
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel
  • Investment or financial planning knowledge, an asset
