As lead auditor for the wealth management team, you will steer audits focused on important risks. You will coach your colleagues and become a trusted advisor to your business partners by allowing them to implement innovative solutions to the identified issues.
Your role
- Understand processes, governance and best practices and then identify key areas to audit based on risks and challenges
- Lead and/or perform audit work on a specific sector or process
- Assess internal controls, analyze the problems encountered, identify root causes and support managers in identifying innovative and achievable solutions to eliminate the causes of the problem
- Draft the findings and present the results of the work carried out to the senior management and executives responsible for the processes being examined

Within the Internal Audit - Wealth Management sector, you are part of a team of six colleagues and report to the Senior Director. Prerequisites
- Professional deisgnation CPA or CIA
- Industry-related bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR Industry-related master's degree and 5 years of relevant experienceKnowledge of wealth management, securities, investment advisement and compliance
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, resolve complexe issues through innovative solutions
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in French and English
- Ability to simplify and synthesize information
