A career as an analyst in the Legal expertise and mortgage disbursement team at National Bank is a job where your ability to work in synergy with several partners is highlighted. With your excellent customer service, your proactivity, and your problem-solving skills, you take charge of legal needs and respond to requests from our internal partners.
Your job:
  • Respond adequately to requests from clients and stakeholders involved in files by providing professional and courteous service
  • Have the opportunity to learn and develop within a team that values customer satisfaction, performance, collaboration and innovation
  • Propose suggestions and optimization ideas for the continuous improvement of our operations
  • Perform electronic fund transfers to notaries
  • Validate preliminary reports received from notaries. 
  • Make mortgage loan disbursements
  • Appropriately use the complex equipment and software required for your work
The incumbent must be able to identify the risks inherent in the activities of the mortgage loan financing sector
Your team:
You will join a team of 30 people made up of Technical advisors and Senior clerks who handle legal expertise and mortgage disbursements. You will report directly to the director Marie-Pier Desmarais.
The work schedule is variable from monday to friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Prerequisites:
  • High school diploma
  • Experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of proactively building relationships and great ability to establish solid customer relationships
  • Knowledge of the mortgage product
