- Participate in the development of the product roadmap.
- Continuously develop, manage, and prioritize the backlog based on value and impact while promoting good change management and considering IT constraints and relationships with external partners.
- Prioritize and coordinate a target vision to maximize value delivery, considering constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors, particularly in relation to enterprise architecture direction on technologies under your governance.
- Participate in large-scale projects within multidisciplinary teams, representing the best interests of stakeholders and bringing innovation.
- Inform stakeholders of the progress of initiatives and the state of the solution, and influence by effectively sharing your product vision and information on complex situations.
- Participate in the establishment of a Center of Excellence and a governance framework.
- Continuously improve the Center of Excellence offering to enhance user experience and meet current and future needs.
- Act as a product expert for sponsors and stakeholders.
- Innovate and keep up with market trends related to product evolution.
- Challenge your colleagues and help the team evolve as a whole.

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience as a product owner, in IT project delivery, or management.
- Experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in agile methodology.
- Ability to mobilize, bring people together.
- Influence capacity.
- Good change management skills.
