A career as a Product Owner for National Bank Trust involves acting as an expert professional in the operation of various modules of the Global+ project and ensuring the evolution of the platform in line with the needs and business strategy of National Bank Trust.

Your Role

• Act as a Product Owner, specifically as a Proxy-PO for the G+ platform, by building and managing the product backlog and prioritizing deliverables and user needs, while considering IT constraints, external partner needs, and managing change with impacted teams.
• Document business requirements for the evolution of certain modules, prioritize developments with the MPO, project manager, other POs (project and run the Bank), and the Senior Director of the sector.
• Be responsible for managing the evolution of the platform.
• Continuously interact with colleagues who are experts at National Bank Trust and in operations to fully understand and document their requirements and the needs of our clients, while also connecting with stakeholders in other sectors.
• Document user stories for different modules with the goal of enhancing the customer experience, increasing accessibility to our services, and digitizing our processes.
• Maintain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of existing products and the National Bank Trust ecosystem.
• Contribute to the Product Owner community in wealth management and improve practices.
• Ensure the resolution of production issues with the help of a multidisciplinary IT, OPS, and LOB team.

Your Team

Within the National Bank Trust sector, you will be part of a large team of 85 colleagues and report to the Senior Director, Business Strategy and Operations of National Bank Trust. Prerequisites
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field and seven years of relevant experience, OR a Master's degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the Global+ platform is a significant asset.
• Knowledge of wealth management systems and technology.
• Knowledge of institutional services, value custody, and institutional asset management is an asset.
• Experience in business analysis or process review.
• Experience in project management using Agile methodology.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and provide relevant recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, and innovation.
• Strong organizational skills and priority management.
• Influential leadership and excellent teamwork.
