Your role:
- Serve as a key leader in shaping orientations, contributing to the development of RI educational content, and ensuring their implementation across several content platforms.
- Act as a subject matter expert by researching, analyzing, and identifying the latest RI practices, tailoring insights to support sales teams and advisory forces with high-quality service and actionable guidance.
- Design and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy to promote RI values, initiatives, and achievements to different audiences.
- Develop training programs, tools and resources that empower sales teams and advisory forces to confidently share RI principles and solutions to clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the Responsible Investment team at NBI and other Bank divisions to translate complex RI concepts into accessible resources and engaging talking points.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, compliance) to ensure consistency and clarity in RI messaging across all channels.
- Provide strategic expertise to influence sector decisions and drive the adoption of RI communications, reports, and tools.
- Stay informed about the RI industry and best practices, adapting enablement projects to reflect evolving market conditions and effectively addressing the needs stakeholders.

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience in responsible investing and communication
- Knowledge of writing techniques, practices delivering educational content or programs with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Strong knowledge in responsible investing and the wealth management industry
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in developing training content and leading enablement initiatives
- Ability to work through ambiguity
- Ability to communicate with all management levels clearly, concisely and accurately, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
