Please note that this is a 6 month temporary assignment. 

A career as a Sales Support Advisor in the National Bank Trust team, a business line of Wealth Management at National Bank, means contributing concretely to achieving the sector's objectives. You will be responsible for addressing needs related to the digitization of the sector's processes and will contribute to initiatives concerning client engagement.

Your Role

  • Provide support for digitization to ensure the proper implementation of our client file management platform
  • Handle the updating of documents intended for clients as well as business development support materials
  • Collaborate in organizing client events
  • Get involved in various team projects and demonstrate leadership

Your Team

Within the National Bank Trust sector, you will be part of a team of 80 colleagues. Your immediate team consists of five people, and you will report to Nancy Nadal, Director of Client Experience and Communications. Our team stands out for its genuine commitment to achieving the sector's business objectives. Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication or any other relevant field and 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or communication OR any other combination of education and experiece considered equivlent
  • Excellent command of French and recognized writing skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe suites
  • Rigor, organization, and strong project coordination skills
  • Proactivity and autonomy
  • Ability to adapt in a changing and dynamic environment
