Your job
  • Supervise and facilitate the daily activities and ceremonies of 2 squads within the IT cross-functional data team
  • Support Product Owners (POs) and Project Managers in prioritizing and refining activities
  • Support the manager in the sound management of the various initiatives surrounding the team (budgets, schedules, risks and issues, asset management, etc.)
  • Act as a "coach" to colleagues less experienced in the use of the agile methodology and propose improvements that support the delivery of features
  • Diagnose problematic situations, facilitate their resolution by ensuring the implementation of solutions
  • Consistently and proactively raise risks and issues inherent in initiatives
  • Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators
  • Support your team and other initiative managers in managing interdependencies and blockers.

Within the IT Cybercimes - Cross-Functional Data Delivery sector, you will be part of a large team of 30 colleagues and report to the Senior Director.

Prerequisite
  • Completed bachelor's degree, related to the sector of activity, and several years of relevant experience or other diploma, related to the sector of activity and several years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (SAFe) and the role of Scrum Master, essential
  • Experience in projects affecting the IT and employee experience sector, an asset
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Good communication and ability to synthesize at all levels of the organization
  • Cooperate effectively, be accountable
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
