As a Senior Advisor in the Financial Markets Business Strategy team at National Bank, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and roll out of the campus recruitment strategy for the sector. Responsible for meeting the recruitment needs of interns for the Financial Markets sector teams across Canada, you will need to develop relationships with educational institutions and students. In this role, you will also collaborate with various internal partners and improve the intern experience within the Financial Markets sector. Your Job
- Forge and nurture strong relationships with different universities, students and the business in order to better meet recruitment needs
- Create and track key metrics to optimize the selection of recruitment events
- Craft engaging presentations and materials to ensure visibility of the sector on the various campuses as well as on social media
- Organize and/or participate in campus activities, in collaboration with business representatives, and promote career opportunities at National Bank Financial Markets
- Ensure a seamless intern experience: welcome and offer support to the interns as well as collect their feedback
- Gather competitive intelligence with regards to recruitment practices for interns
- Be part of the evolution of our campus recruitment practices: develop tools, improve the end-to-end recruitment process
- Act as a coach to ensure the development of junior members of the team
Your Team
This position is based in Toronto or Calgary, more specifically within the Business Strategy team in Financial Markets. You will report to the Vice-President, Business Strategy - Financial Markets. You will oversee daily business operational functioning of recruitment events and processes and ensure efficiency and optimal workflows.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, administration or a related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in university recruitment is an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure and deal with tight timelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills and proactive
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience in capital markets is an asset
