Your role:
• Participate in the development of business growth strategies and the promotion of the overall offering and value proposition of Private Banking 1859;
• Define and implement omnichannel external communication strategies to maintain and enhance proactive and productive contact with the Private Banking 1859 clientele;
• Analyze client satisfaction indicators and initiate strategic changes to maintain and enhance satisfaction;
• Ensure the achievement of the highest standards of experience and advisory services for the niche clientele;
• Organize and lead value-added forums that support the business priorities of Private Banking 1859;
• Understand the market, stay up to date with innovations and client trends, and challenge the status quo;
• Represent Private Banking 1859 and its Expertise Centre in various strategic committees both within the Bank and externally.

Within the Strategy and Client Experience team of Private Banking 1859, you are part of a team of 3 colleagues and report to the Manager - Client Engagement Strategies.

You will work closely with the multidisciplinary specialists in the Strategy and Client Experience team, as well as with the advisory teams of Private Banking 1859. These valuable allies, along with your engaged manager, will help identify your development opportunities with you.
Prerequisites:
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, with 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in managing business projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Leadership, team spirit, autonomy, and innovation
• In-depth knowledge of the financial industry and wealth management (an asset)
