Description
As a Senior Advisor, you will mainly act as a resource person for the creation of PCMLTF content for the Annual Regulatory Compliance Training (ARCT), and you will also be called upon to provide your expertise on the PCMLTF regulatory requirements within the framework of various initiatives.Joining the Compliance Programs team at National Bank means actively taking a part in sound risk management and the development of the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (PCMLTF) compliance program.
Your role
- Be responsible for creating the PCMLTF content of the Annual Regulatory Compliance Training (ARCT).
- Be responsible for updating the Training Program and the Training Plan.
- Provide expert advice and guidelines related to PCMLTF obligations.
- Act as a partner in all activities related to the implementation of PCMLTF obligations.
- Contribute to regulatory initiatives with various stakeholders as an PCMLTF expert.
- Write and review procedures, standards, and other tools.
Competencies required
- Bachelor's or master's degree related to the sector of activity and at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in regulatory compliance or risk management
- Leadership and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge and understanding in AMLTF risks
- Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
