Your Job
  • Collaborate with portfolio management teams, business line representatives, IT and Operations teams as well as finance teams to prioritize initiatives and projects
  • Ensure the quality of data related to portfolio management and capacity management for all business lines and cross-functional IT platforms
  • Provide advanced analytics of bank-wide portfolio data and provide recommendations to guide and support decision-making, considering delivery capacity, trends, interdependencies, and impacts on the annual strategic plan
  • Define and improve advanced indicators (KPIs) and the inherent tools in order to deepen these analyses
  • Prepare presentation materials for executives, including team capacity tracking dashboards and recommendations based on detailed analysis and initiative prioritization
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process and support business lines in identifying and prioritizing sectoral initiatives
  • Document and evolve portfolio management processes and tools
  • Participate in the Project Delivery Practice by sharing experience and good market practices in order to improve the quality and rigor in the execution of projects
  • Facilitate the evolution of the portfolio towards agile processes by collaborating with teams and adapting portfolio management practices to agile principles, and ensuring a smooth transition to more flexible and iterative working methods
  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, facilitating the understanding of priorities, expectations and the impacts of decisions on cross-functional projects
  • Identify and assess risks associated with cross-functional initiatives and recommend mitigation measures
  • Provide guidance and support for the development of portfolio management team skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Recommend and implement technology tools and charts to monitor and improve portfolio management and analytical capabilities

Your Profile
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree completed related to the industry with approximately 7 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project portfolio management
  • Strong ability to analyze project portfolio data in depth
  • Ability to develop executive dashboards
  • Communication and advisory skills at different levels of the organization
  • Recognized as a rigorous person who likes to take initiative
  • Knowledge of Excel, Jira, and PowerBI tools (an asset)
  • Knowledge of the banking environment and related technologies (an asset)
