Senior Application Analyst

As a Senior Application Analyst in the IT-Finance sector at National Bank, you are responsible for analyzing new requests and supporting the Connected Risk (SAAS) application and satellite services facilitating integrations with internal and external partners.

Your job

• Act as a technical expert in the Connected Risk application
• Participate in the support of the Connected Risk application and its integrations
• Actively participate in initiatives, testing and other tasks required to ensure delivery of commitments to the line of business
• Understand the business process and stakeholder interactions
• Coordinate and respond to different prioritized requests in collaboration with our business line partners
• Analyze and solve the problems encountered by our IT partners and business line
• Coordinate changes and releases with business line and external supplier
• Have a long-term vision of the process by proposing improvements.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree or other related diploma in the industry and several years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• Experience and extensive knowledge in analysis
• Experience in technical support
• Understanding of delivery cycle and IT best practices
• Team work, facilitation, communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills including project management
• General knowledge of information technology and AI
• Knowledge of collaborative work tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Office365, Service Now for change management
• Recognized. e for your rigor, your commitment, your determination and your curiosity
• Team player, customer oriented, with excellent analytical ability
• Knowledge of the audit field is an asset.
