As a Senior Business Analytics Partner on the Analytics Partnership and Employee Advisory team, you will capitalize on your mastery of analytics to influence business decisions. Your role
- Be in charge of developing analytical strategies to support strategic initiatives within the EE sector
- Ensure activities-from identifying business opportunities to delivering and making analytical solutions operational-run smoothly
- Solve business issues using employee analytics and make recommendations with the goal of increasing organizational performance
- Translate business needs into analytics requirements and work closely with data scientists and analysts to perform analyses
- Transform the results of analyses into business solutions and communicate them effectively with engaging storytelling
- Coach colleagues in the Employee Experience sector and business lines on the use of data to support the development of analytics expertise
- Influence and support executives in the use of data for decision-making
Your team
As part of the Analytics Partnership and Employee Advisory team, you will report to the manager and be part of a multidisciplinary team that brings together all data expertise, business sector partners and members of the employee experience team. This collaboration will improve the employee experience and the organization’s performance.
Prerequisites
- Industry-related bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience or industry-related master's degree and 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience coaching and in developing analytical skills
- Command of Power BI, Excel, SQL
- Ability to solve complex analytics problems
- Ability to translate data into added value for partners
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to influence and support executive decision-makers and managers
- Ability to work through ambiguity
