Your job

  • Contribute and/or take charge of the delivery of business initiatives by operationalizing, simplifying or automating the operational processes of the financial markets
  • Determine and implement actions to maximize a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional process management
  • Determine business needs, manage impacts on financial markets operations and recommend the most optimal solutions
  • Manage stakeholders and work to align different interests
  • Manage priorities and ensure the profitability of the improvements / solutions delivered according to the business value
  • Challenge current operating modes and business rules
  • Proactively communicate, through a consulting role, the results, issues, and risks to management
  • Develop and facilitate workshops to redefine the activities of the sector's teams
  • Support and equipe managers and employees to integrate, in a sustainable way, the new processes into their daily operations

Your team

As a Senior Business Transformation Advisor, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to the transformation and modernization of the Financial Markets Operations sector, more specifically to the evolution of processes, data and systems for the teams of trade settlement, securities lending and borrowing, listed derivatives and custody.

Reporting to the Senior Director - Strategy & Business Processes, you will be required, as an expert, to maximize the management of cross-functional processes, to contribute to the resolution of complex issues, to propose strategies to support the realization of projects and the continuous improvement of processes.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree completed, related to the field of activity and 7 years of relevant experience or Master's degree completed, related to the field of activity and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in process automation, process reengineering & continuous improvement
  • Experience in a consulting role with management
  • Strong leadership of influence demonstrated during deliveries / deployments of initiatives
  • Demonstrate a synthesis spirit and excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate cross-functionally
