With your excellent customer service and proactivity, you'll take charge of administrative needs and respond to requests from employees and partners.

 

Your job 

  • Take charge of the processing and administrative follow-up of files
  • Participate in updating work processes and procedures in line with quality standards
  • Help resolve identified operational problems
  • Raise issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with compliance and risk management rules
  • Actively participate in his/her own development and that of peers

 

Your Team

Operations
is a large sector with more than 2500 employees where the majority of transactions and customer requests are carried out. Prerequisite

  • Aptitude for administrative work
  • Ability to provide fast, efficient customer service
  • Knowledge of Office suite and collaboration tools
