A senior clerk career in the Operations team at National Bank is a job where your ability to work in synergy with multiple partners is highlighted. With your excellent customer service and proactivity, you handle administrative needs and respond to requests from collaborators and partners.

Your job:

  • File classification and indexing

  • rigorously check file compliance

  • Perform tasks for the personal financing teams
  • Properly use complex equipment and software required for your work
  • Propose suggestions and optimization ideas for the continuous improvement of our operations

Your team:

Operations are at the heart of delivering products and services to clients. Transformation, digitization, digitalization: The changes we aspire to are becoming more concrete every day thanks to the expertise of our banking operations professionals, who enable us to offer our clients a distinctive service.

Our sector is open from Monday to Friday until 9:00 PM and on Saturdays during the day. We are looking to fill an evening schedule from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

We prioritize a variety of continuous learning methods to enrich your development, including learning in action, training content made available to you, and working in collaboration with colleagues of diverse expertise and profiles.

Prerequisites:

  • Holder of a high school diploma
  • Aptitude for administrative work
  • Knowledge of the Office suite and collaboration tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French and English as you will be dealing with unilingual English-speaking partners and clients
