Your job
- Respond adequately to the requests of clients and stakeholders involved in cases by offering professional and courteous service

- Propose suggestions and optimization ideas for the continuous improvement of our operations
- Make electronic funds transfers to notaries
- Prepare bank drafts and mailings
- Prepare for daily compensation
- Validate the preliminary reports received from the notaries
- Making mortgage disbursements
- Properly use the complex equipment and software required for your work
- The incumbent must be able to identify the risks inherent in the mortgage financing industry
Your team
Operations is a large sector with more than 2500 employees where the majority of transactions and customer requests pass through
You will join a team of 30 people made up of technical advisors and senior clerks who take care of legal expertise and mortgage disbursements. You will report directly to the director Marie-Pier Desmarais.
The working hours are variable from Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Prerequisite
- High school diploma
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to proactively build relationships and strong ability to build strong customer relationships
