Your job:
- Ensure that deadlines are met for the production and sending of reports and requests for information.
- Achieve quality and productivity goals.
- Take on a variety of tasks and meet requests with precision.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables.
- Accompany other team members in their daily work.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement training and workshops.
Your team:
National Bank Trust's specialized administration team is made up of more than twenty specialists who work proactively together to continuously improve processes and provide superior service. You report to the Director, Specialized Administration and work in a flexible, hybrid environment that is tailored to your needs, fostering collaboration and innovation.

- Experience in file analysis and priority management.
