A career as a senior communications advisor in National Bank's Technology and Operations team means acting as an organizational communications strategist. Your job • Design and implement communication strategies aligned with our organizational priorities. • Coach leaders to strengthen their teams' alignment with strategic objectives. • Write and create presentations, scripts and other content in French and English. • Coordinate events, whether in-person or hybrid, ensuring smooth execution. • Create and harmonize materials to ensure consistent messaging. • Lead key initiatives, measure results and meet deadlines.

Prerequisite • Completed bachelor's degree, related to the industry (in communications), and six years of relevant experience or completed Master's degree, related to the industry, and four years of relevant experience. • Experience in communication on large-scale initiatives. • Significant experience in organizational and event communication. • Proven ability to write and simplify complex content. • Experience in organizational transformation is an asset. • Mastery of digital tools (full Microsoft Suite, Adobe CC Suite) and interest in innovative technologies (AI, Low Code, Hyperautomation), an asset. • Dynamic, proactive and solution-oriented. • Attention to detail, commitment to quality and daring to propose original ideas. • Ability to work under pressure while respecting priorities and deadlines.
