Your job
- Act as a product owner in Agile mode in complex projects transposed into technical functionalities within the Digital Studio.
- Collaborate with the Chief Digital Experience Officer to deliver initiatives and contribute to the solution development roadmap.
- Build, manage, and prioritize the backlog based on the value and impact of initiatives.
- Ensure that technical teams understand the acceptance criteria and expected deliverables.
- Manage projects in a multidisciplinary team while keeping the focus on customer value and the contribution to the Bank, both in terms of business and technology.
- Make continuous improvements to optimize products and meet current and future needs.

Prerequisite
- Role-relevant training and between 3 and 5 years as a Product Owner
- Backlog management skills and prioritization based on value.
- Knowledge of digital products (web and mobile) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) as well as the Agile methodology.
- Experience in business analysis.
- Experience in the banking field and/or investment product, financing.
