Senior Director IAM Services

A career as a Senior Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Services and Controls within the National Bank's Cybersecurity team means being responsible for operating IAM capabilities, ensuring the implementation and monitoring of IAM controls. You will mobilize a multidisciplinary team of professionals who will collaborate with our internal and external partners. With your expertise in IAM and your strategic vision, you will play a key role in the management and evolution of our IAM services.

Your job:

• Train and mobilize a team specialized in IAM Service, Compliance and Governance.
• Establish a clear vision and strategy for IAM operations and services.
• Collaborate with OPs to ensure the evolution and improvement of services.
• To act as a representative of the owner of the GIA data and to ensure its quality in our systems.
• Oversee controls, monitor operations, and collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Operate, monitor, and improve identity and account lifecycle management processes. Define automated controls to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Maintain and improve the governance of roles and access across the IAM ecosystem.

Prerequisite:

• Bachelor's degree or other industry-related diploma and 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in team management and leadership
• Mastery of IAM tools and concepts
• Experience in setting up controls and audits.
• Ability to lead strategic projects and manage organizational change
