Your job
- Work in close collaboration with your team and the various key stakeholders of the organization on the strategy, performance and continuous optimizations of acquisitions from digital (marketing channels and website)
- Lead and inspire a team focused on digital acquisitions and continuous optimization
- Master the organization's business objectives and priorities to positively influence the efforts and priorities associated with digital acquisitions
- Evolve the practice of digital acquisitions and continuous optimization to continuously contribute to the success of your team and the organization
- Master the details of the performance and results of digital acquisitions to continuously be able to support your team and internal business partners
- Report to management and product teams: strategic plan, performance, current challenges and proposed solutions.

The Digital Vice Presidency is made up of more than 100 committed specialists, working collaboratively and proactively to continuously optimize processes and stay at the forefront of technology. Prerequisite
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital strategy, e-commerce or related field focused on performance and business delivery.
- You have the ability to challenge the status quo to target the best optimization opportunities in order to achieve and surpass digital acquisition results

- Able to navigate an environment that requires multiple teams to collaborate
