Your job
In the operational risk management sector, you are part of a team of 15 colleagues and report to the Senior Manager Operational, Technology and Cyber Risk. Our team is distinguished by its cross-cutting scope of interventions and expertise.

Your job
- Master knowledge of risk appetite and associated socialization process
- Conduct technological risk assessments and assess their impact on other operational risk categories
- Socialize risk assessment results to the right stakeholders based on risk appetite
- Produce the residual technological risk posture of business lines and assess its impact on other operational risk categories
- Coordinate and conduct a review of the first line self-assessments on operational controls effectiveness testing
- Monitor the progress of your sector’s technology risk management action plans
- Consume and integrate KRI/KPIs for reporting based on stakeholder KRI/KPIs
- Ensure the reporting of operational risks for your sector’s business lines
- Actively participate in meetings and committees where the team is required to be present.

Prerequisites
- Industry-related university degree and several years of relevant experience
- Significant experience in an advisor role
- Good knowledge and understanding of operational risk
- Cyber and IT knowledge is an asset
- Ability to organize effectively to complete tasks
- Critical and analytical thinking to challenge teams and work
- Ability to establish a fluid communication and constructive exchange with all stakeholders, including at the executive level, with an ability to popularize concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Learning agility, communication, diversity and inclusion, empathy, initiative, resilience, teamwork.
