Your Role
- Lead, coach, and mobilize a multidisciplinary team of 10 to 15 members in executing information security projects.
- Collaborate with business and product owners to ensure governance and execution of projects.
- Oversee project accountability, including planning, budgeting, and operational transition. • Communicate key risks and challenges, propose action plans, and ensure their implementation.
- Support continuous improvement of processes by fostering a performance-driven culture based on key indicators (Agile, Scrum, Lean, SaFe).
- Actively contribute to optimizing activities to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in project and program management in information security, including risk and issue management.
- Proven experience in team management with a continuous coaching approach.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and related tools.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management.
