A career as a Senior Manager, Investment Products at National Bank means acting as an expert to advise senior management, while innovating in the development and management of investment products. Your Role
- Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with wealth management advisors, external fund managers, and various internal departments.
- Oversee and optimize the product offering by assessing market, regulatory, and reputational risks.
- Participate in strategic committees as an expert and represent the Bank at external events.
- Manage the product performance review cycle to enhance product relevance in response to market changes.
- Create and deliver training sessions, write reports, and synthesize information to inform stakeholders about product developments or market events.
- Lead due diligence assessments of fund managers and manage business relationships.
- Analyze regulatory impacts and implement solutions that comply with requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to investment and at least 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years of experience
- CFA certification is an asset
- Strong communication skills and analytical mindset
- Excellent knowledge of the securities market, financial products, and services
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Initiative and autonomy
- Ability to influence and foster innovation
- Excellent organizational skills
