A career as a Senior Performance Management Advisor in the Everyday Banking team at National Bank means acting as a performance expert for the team. Your ease in oral and written communication, leadership, and analytical experience will positively impact client and employee engagement, as well as the Bank's results.
Your role:
- Diagnose complex problems to guide business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and quantify them to guide decisions and actions.
- Lead performance reviews and performance governance of the Everyday Banking value chain, highlighting the most important elements to provide an accurate view of current and expected performance.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze the performance of the value chain based on various internal and external sources, collaborating with experts and partners.
- Act as the central point within the value chain for all budget-related matters and consolidate the impact of planned projects/initiatives to provide a view of the expected contribution.
Your team:
You will be part of a team of two expert employees. Our mission is to build and support the distribution of products and experiences that profitably meet our clients' financial needs. You will report to the Senior Manager, Strategy, Performance, and Portfolio Quality - Everyday Banking.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree related to the field and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the field and seven years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability in communication and storytelling, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize and translate a vast amount of information into ideas and recommendations
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively
- Great curiosity and ability to make connections
